As part of this commitment, our Head of Business Development, John Taylor, has been spending time out in the community — meeting clients and carers face-to-face rather than from behind a desk. Sitting down with the people we support and the families who trust us with their care gives us a direct, honest picture of what’s working well and where we can do better. It also means the relationships we build aren’t just transactional — they’re rooted in genuinely listening to what matters most to each person. Ultimately, it’s a reminder that behind every care plan is a real person with their own story, and that’s something no amount of paperwork can capture the way a conversation can.
Ron and Pam have been together for 60 years and married for 55 of them — a lifetime of shared memories, plenty of which sit framed on the wall behind them.
